Evil has and always will be a negative force in the world. Common events that society would describe as being evil would be acts of terror, murder, mass killings of innocent people, and unforchunately the list goes on.

Evil doesn’t always have to be something that’s tangible. It’s not necessarily a person or a thing. More times than not, a symbol or an idea represent evil. Take for example, the Ku Klux Klan. Despised as a group, they took the holy figure of the cross, lit it on fire, and now their symol is the burning cross. It’s said, because yes, it still happens today, that if a family were to come upon one of these outside their homes, they are in immediate danger of their lives. In my opinion, the KKK are some of the most despicable people alive. To have such strong feelings of hatred towards others because of their skin color or ethnic backround, is completely unacceptable. These groups, who perform terrorist actions as their way of cleansing the world, or whatever it is they think they are doing, are the prime example of evil because part of evil is forcing others into situations they don’t believe in.

Evil happens when there are hightened feelings of hatred and anger. People’s frustrations can led to them making drastic decisions that they normally wouldn’t do in a clear mind set. What may seem evil to one person, can be interpreted quite differently by another. And as the world continues to advance and grow, who knows what evil might pop up next!?
